This blog has been a little neglected lately, and as such I’ve decided that I’m going to come back to it and post with a new approach.
You can now look forward to “Let me tell you”, which is going to be me, telling you (believe it or not) something hopefully useful about a complex topic in under two minutes.
Why? I think firstly it will encourage me to post more, instead of ploughing loads of time and effort into mammoth posts I’ll be more inclined to condense things down into smaller more frequent doses. Secondly, it’s going to be easier to read, nobody wants to read an online essay these days, most of you are millenials probably, you want everything now, this instant, so I’ma give it to you the way you like it.
The topics covered in “Let me tell you” are going to be wide and varied. In fact to be totally transparent I’m going to write them based on things that I come across in my day to day working life.
I’m in a really unique position now where I don’t just have the web developer point of view on things, but due to my new job as Rise at Seven, I’m surrounded by experts in all sorts of other fields such as SEO, PR, Design, you name it. So I get to see how these things all overlap and any pain points between them also.
Anyway, consider this brief introduction to a new format as “Let me tell you’s” coming out party.
