Honestly, right now, to you, pretty much nobody. You won’t have heard of me before. There’s a chance you might have seen my work around, but even that is fairly unlikely.

Before you leave, negatively affecting my bounce rate and destroy any hope I had of one day being found organically in Google searches, just give me a minute.
Although, I might not be particularly interesting as a person, what I do kind of is. I spend nearly all of my working life trying to think as though I’m you, so that the products that I produce function in a way that result in a positive experience for you.
Hopefully if I’m successful you won’t contact my boss or employer moaning about how bad their website is (thanks for that by the way).
This journey I take on each project quite often leads to some interesting discoveries, eye-opening insights and if we’re lucky hilarious situations, which I think you’ll really enjoy me sharing with you.
